 The staff are very friendly and easily approachable. The cleaning ladies were so nice. We arrived to a clean room. The bathroom was also clean. We were also able to get a crib for our youngest. A crib and 'pack and play' are the available options for little kids. We got the room with the kitchenette and it came with utensils. There was a heated pool and hot tub on site. The kids loved to playing it...
