How does the Relax & Enjoy Rewards Club work?
The Relax & Enjoy Rewards Club is a loyalty program for the waterfront, independently-branded hotels of Bartell Hotels, Pacific Terrace, The Dana, and Humphreys Half Moon Inn. There are three tiers based on the number of qualified nights stayed: Gold (0-9 qualified nights), Silver (10-19 qualified nights) and Platinum (20+ qualified nights). Benefits increase with each tier.

Where can I enjoy Relax & Enjoy Rewards Club benefits?
Members of the Relax & Enjoy Rewards Club can enjoy benefits at the participating hotels: the Pacific Terrace, The Dana Hotel and Humphreys Half Moon Inn.
Is there a dedicated reservations line for the Relax & Enjoy Rewards Club?

How can I join the Relax & Enjoy Rewards Club?
There are four easy ways to sign up for the Relax & Enjoy Rewards Club. 1) Go online at www.relaxandenjoyclub.com. 2) Call our dedicated reservations line at 1-800-854-2900. 3) Speak with a guest services agent at any of the participating hotels. 4) Sign up on the Relax & Enjoy kiosk in the lobby of any of the participating hotels.
Can I join if I’ve never stayed at Pacific Terrace, Humphreys Half Moon Inn or The Dana before?
Yes, you may become a member of the Relax & Enjoy Rewards Club without having stayed at the hotels, and you’ll start enjoying the benefits on your very first stay.
If I don’t click the link on the Welcome email, am I still considered a member?
Yes, your membership begins once your name and email address is entered into the Relax & Enjoy Rewards Club platform.
What qualifies as an eligible room night?
Qualified rooms nights include any bookings made directly on our website or with our reservation agents, packages, AAA rates, group block reservations, and corporate negotiated rates.
Will my room nights count if I book through a third party?
Rooms booked through a third party, such as an online travel agency, will not qualify.
I have stayed at Pacific Terrace, Humphreys Half Moon Inn and The Dana many times before. Will these stays qualify for the Relax & Enjoy Rewards Club?
Qualifying nights stayed since the Club inception date of January 10th, 2019 will count for your membership. From time to time, we may have promotions that will credit qualified nights stayed before January 10th, 2019 to your account.
I am a member, and I am booking a reservation for my child, who is not a member. Will these nights be credited to my account?
The name on the reservation will determine the account that will be credited for the stay.
Can I earn nights on multiple rooms booked on the same days?
You will earn nights for any reservation booked under your name, including if multiple rooms are booked under your name.
I am part of a group staying at the hotel. Will my nights qualify and will I receive Club benefits?
If the reservation is made under your name, your nights will qualify and be credited to your account. You also will receive Club benefits.
Will my nights expire?
Your nights will expire two years from the date earned.
How do I get credit for missing nights?
You may email your missing stay requests with a copy of your hotel bill to firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I give my nights to another member?
At this time, you may not give your nights to another member.
How do I find my Relax & Enjoy Rewards Club membership level and qualifying nights total?
Simply log in to the Relax & Enjoy Rewards Club website at www.relaxandenjoyclub.com. On the site you can review your account nights balance, membership tier, and upcoming and past reservations.
How do I update my email, account information, account password and/or preferences?
By logging in to your account at www.relaxandenjoyclub.com, you can update your email address, account information, account password and preferences.
Can my spouse and I combine our qualifying nights into one account?
Yes. Please call our dedicated Relax & Enjoy Rewards Club phone number 1-800-854-2900 or ask a guest services agent who will be happy to assist in combining your accounts.
Does membership in the Relax & Enjoy Rewards Club give me discounts on room rates?
Yes! Exclusive member discounts are available on our Best Available Rates! For the Silver Tier, members enjoy 10% off the Best Available Rate. For the Gold Tier, members enjoy 15% off the Best Available Rate. For the Platinum Tier, members enjoy 20% off the Best Available Rate. Relax & Enjoy Rewards Club discounts are not combinable with other discounts. Please note that discounts are not available during blackout dates.
Can I get a Relax & Enjoy Rewards Club discount on multiple rooms booked on the same days?
You may apply your Relax & Enjoy Rewards Club discount on bookings of up to five rooms over the same stay dates. If you would like to book more than five rooms over the same stay dates, please call the Sales team of the hotel you would like to book.
Are there specials that are exclusive to the members of the Relax & Enjoy Rewards Club?
Yes! Exclusive specials for Relax & Enjoy Rewards Club members are offered periodically. You will receive these special offers through email.
How will I find out if I have earned a resort credit?
You will earn a resort credit of $100 every tenth qualified night you stay at the participating hotels. When you earn the resort credit, you will receive an email with a resort credit voucher. The hotel guest services agent will also inform you when you have earned a resort credit.
When will I be able to redeem a resort credit once earned?
The resort credit will be credited to your account after you have checked out following your tenth (or twentieth, thirtieth, etc.) qualifying night. You may redeem the resort credit on your following stay. If a resort credit is used in part, there will be no residual resort credit remaining. Resort credits are used in full at one time.
When do resort credits expire?
Resort credits expire two years from the date of issuance.
